Norths Junior Training (or Cadets Basic Training #punny) is a training development program open to boys and girls aged between 8 - 15 years of age and caters for all ability levels. Norths Volleyball Club offers the following programs depending on age and ability:
- Cadets Basics (13 years and under or limited volleyball experience)
- Cadets Intermediate (14 years and above and previous volleyball experience) - Encouraged to participate in Junior Premier Volleyball League for Term 1, 2 and 3 (includes 1 training session and 1 game a week)
The Cadets Training programs will be run during the school term and will provide a great introduction to Junior PVL in later years.
The training development program is designed to teach and develop the fundamental skills of volleyball, whilst creating a fun and friendly team environment, in which our cadets can learn the importance of teamwork.
Cadets Basic Training is great for players participating in school volleyball programs and wanting some extra sessions, or players who are new to the sport and want to learn how to play the greatest game on earth.
